By using or accessing our App or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and provisions outlined below.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

It does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to third‑party services you access through our platform, the App, or the Services, or to individuals not employed or managed by us.

3. Types of Information We Collect

We collect information through three main channels:

  1. Information you voluntarily provide to us;
  2. Information we collect when you use our Services;
  3. Information we obtain from third parties (with your consent where required by law).

Detailed explanations of each category are provided below.

4. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

When you visit, register for, or interact with the App or the Services, you may voluntarily provide us with Personal Information, including but not limited to the following:

4.1 Personally Identifiable Information

This includes information provided during registration for the App and/or Services, such as your name, profile picture, date of birth, phone number, email address, gender, Facebook/Google account information and friend list (where you choose to log in via third-party accounts), usernames and preference data from other social networks, messages sent to other users of the App and Services, usage records of the Services, profile pictures uploaded through the App or Services (including facial photos and demographic data such as gender and age submitted specifically for AI Avatar generation features), and browser information.

The above information you provide may be shared with your contacts on our Services. You have full control over your profile information and can access and modify it at any time through the App's settings.

If you register for our Services using your Facebook account, we will store your Facebook ID and corresponding token on our servers in accordance with Facebook's relevant regulations. With your explicit consent, we may access and collect certain information you have made public on Facebook (e.g., your first and last name, email address, profile picture, friend list, and date of birth).

Your profile will be visible to other users on the Services who are connected to you. Additionally, unless you opt out (which you can do at any time in the App's settings), your profile may be discoverable by other users. You may "block" any user on our Platform to prevent them from accessing your Personal Information.

4.2 Device Contact List Information

You may choose to share your mobile device's contact list with us (including names, phone numbers, email addresses, Facebook IDs, Apple IDs, etc.). We will store this information on our servers solely to enhance your user experience (e.g., helping you connect with friends who are already using our Services). If you do not wish us to store this information, you may opt out through your account settings or by sending an email to our customer support. Please note that opting out may result in you being unable to use certain features related to contact connections.

4.3 Email Communications

We may use the email address you provide during registration or while using our Services to send you essential information, such as account security notifications, service updates, and feature improvements. With your explicit consent, we may also send you product recommendations or marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions included in the email.

4.4 Other Voluntarily Shared Information

You will also provide us with any information you send through the Services (e.g., text messages, images, videos, or other content). Please note that other users who receive or view this content may save or copy it outside the App. Therefore, we remind you to exercise caution when sharing content through the Services: do not send or share messages or content that you do not want others to save or further share.

You are solely responsible for your decision to share information through the Services. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or misuse of the information you share;
  3. User-generated content (e.g., photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials you create on the Services). Other users on our Platform may capture your photos or videos, and such captured content may be used by us or third-party services (e.g., automated AI moderation tools) for content moderation and community safety monitoring purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.

We will not use this information for targeted advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

5.3 Location Information

With your explicit consent, we may collect general location information when you use the Services, using technologies such as GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, and Wi-Fi access points. You can enable or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.

5.4 Information Collected Through Cookies and Similar Technologies

Like most online services and mobile applications, we use cookies, web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can modify your cookie preferences through your browser or device settings.

6. Information We Collect from Third Parties
